We want everyone to enjoy the festival. Sparks Street is a flat, car-free pedestrian mall, which makes it one of the most navigable event sites downtown.

Step-free the length of the mall — no stairs between stages.
Every show is at street level. There’s no raised stage to see over and no seating bank to climb.
Accessible washrooms are available on site.
A first aid tent is on site, with first aid responders available during festival hours.
Service animals are welcome everywhere. Pets are welcome too — please clean up after them.
Quieter times: mornings are generally calmer than afternoons, if large crowds are a barrier.

Getting here

OC Transpo serves downtown Ottawa within a short, level walk of the mall. The O-Train Line 1 stations at Lyon (Queen at Lyon) and Parliament (Queen at O’Connor) are both underground and step-free, and Parliament station opens onto the World Exchange Plaza end of the festival.
