A street-level festival for 125,000 people, with no admission fee, is only possible because of our partners, sponsors and supporters.

The festival happens with the primary support of the Downtown BIA — their staff, financial and venue support. Circus Factory Inc is the not-for-profit (run by a small volunteer board) behind the festival that helps coordinate additional funding and grants. Our production partner Orbital Talent helps with artistic and logistical direction and coordination. All of our onsite and community partners both help fund and deliver the onsite experiences that make up the mosaic that is the festival you see on Sparks Street.
